Pau Airport and biodiversity

Last week, a press conference was held at Pau Pyrénées airport, on the theme of the platform's commitments in terms of biodiversity preservation, in the presence of S.E.A. Air'py, manager of Pau Pyrenees airport, the Syndicat Mixte de l'Aéroport Pau Pyrénées (SMAPP), owner of the infrastructure and the Aero Biodiversity association.
The partnership with Aéro Biodiversité is a new step in the airport's environmental commitment. It makes it possible to identify and better protect animal and plant species on the site, to optimize the management of its natural area and to promote flight safety by avoiding, for example, avian risks.
